Kapolres Lampung Timur AKBP Zaky Alkazar Nasution, didampingi Kapolsek Labuhan Maringgai KOMPOL Yusvin Argunan, pada Sabtu (26\/11), mengungkapkan bahwa inisial tersangka adalah FR (20) warga Desa Muara Gading Mas, Kecamatan Labuhan Maringgai.<\/p>\n

“Tersangka diduga terlibat aksi pencurian Sepeda Motor merk Honda Kharisma, milik CT warga Kecamatan Labuhan Maringgai, pada Rabu (23\/11\/22 )kemarin” ujarnya<\/p>\n

Kapolres menambahkan peristiwa kejahatan diduga diawali tersangka dengan cara masuk melalui pintu belakang, kemudian masuk dan mengambil Sepeda Motor milik korban.<\/p>\n

“Petugas Polsek Labuhan Maringgai yang menerima laporan terkait peristiwa kejahatan tersebut, segera melakukan proses penyelidikan, hingga akhirnya berhasil mengidentifikasi sekaligus membekuk tersangka di jalan umum desa Muara Jaya tanpa perlawanan, berikut barang bukti berupa Sepeda Motor merk Honda Kharisma” ungkapnya<\/p>\n

“Tersangka dijerat dengan pasal 363 Ayat (1) ke 3 dan ke 4 tentang pencurian dengan pemberatan, dengan hukuman paling lama 7 tahun penjara” pungkasnya
