Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polres Lampung Utara kembali berhasil mengungkap tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika. Seorang pria berinisial S (40) diamankan petugas karena kedapatan memiliki narkotika jenis sabu-sabu.<\/p>\n

Penangkapan dilakukan pada Selasa, 13 Januari 2026, sekitar pukul 17.00 WIB, di sebuah rumah yang beralamat di Tanjung Iman I RT\/RW 001\/004, Kelurahan Tanjung Iman, Kecamatan Blambangan Pagar Selatan, Kabupaten Lampung Utara.<\/p>\n

Tersangka diketahui bernama Supardi bin Muhit, warga setempat, berprofesi sebagai buruh harian lepas.<\/p>\n

Dari tangan tersangka, petugas berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa 9 paket narkotika jenis sabu-sabu, satu buah plastik klip bening, satu bundel plastik klip bening, dua buah cenong dari sedotan plastik, satu dompet motif batik, serta uang tunai sebesar Rp600.000.<\/p>\n

Kasi Humas Polres Lampung Utara AKP Budiarto, mewakili Kapolres Lampung Utara, membenarkan adanya pengungkapan kasus tersebut.<\/p>\n

\u201cBenar, anggota Satresnarkoba Polres Lampung Utara telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap seorang laki-laki yang tertangkap tangan memiliki, menyimpan, dan menguasai narkotika golongan I jenis sabu. Saat ini tersangka beserta barang bukti telah diamankan di Polres Lampung Utara untuk menjalani pemeriksaan dan penyidikan lebih lanjut,\u201d ujar AKP Budiarto.<\/p>\n

AKP Budiarto menambahkan, tersangka akan dijerat dengan Pasal 114 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika jo UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana, dan\/atau Pasal 609 ayat (1) huruf a UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP jo UU Nomor 1 Tahun 2026.<\/p>\n
