Menurutnya, ASN harus bertransformasi dari sekadar menjalankan rutinitas menuju capaian prestasi, serta dari kepatuhan formal menjadi keteladanan nyata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEtos kerja kita hari ini harus berubah, dari rutinitas menjadi prestasi, dari kepatuhan menjadi keteladanan,\u201d ujar Supriyanto saat memimpin apel mingguan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Lampung selatan, di Lapangan Korpri, Kalianda, Senin (3\/11\/2025).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apel rutin minggu pertama di bulan November itu diikuti jajaran pejabat utama, kepala perangkat daerah, pejabat administrator, fungsional, hingga seluruh ASN, baik PNS, PPPK, maupun Tenaga Harian Lepas Sukarela (THLS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalam amanatnya, Supriyanto mengingatkan bahwa kinerja birokrasi tidak diukur dari seberapa sering ASN hadir, melainkan dari seberapa besar manfaat kehadirannya bagi masyarakat. Ia menekankan pentingnya menegakkan disiplin, memperkuat integritas, serta membangun budaya kerja positif yang berorientasi hasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cKita adalah wajah pemerintah yang dilihat dan dinilai masyarakat setiap hari. Mari jadikan apel pagi ini sebagai momentum memperbarui niat dan semangat pengabdian,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lebih lanjut, Sekda Supriyanto mengingatkan seluruh perangkat daerah untuk melakukan evaluasi capaian kerja pada triwulan terakhir tahun 2025, termasuk serapan anggaran dan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ia juga meminta agar penyusunan rencana kerja dan anggaran tahun 2026 dilakukan secara cermat dan selektif, menyesuaikan dengan kondisi keuangan daerah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSisir semua kegiatan dengan teliti, pastikan anggaran yang terbatas bisa digunakan secara optimal dan tepat sasaran,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Menutup amanatnya, Supriyanto menyampaikan apresiasi kepada seluruh ASN atas dedikasi dan pengabdiannya.
